The Entrepreneur Shifting Gears from Survival to Legacy

I’m an entrepreneur based in South Carolina. For over 10 years, I’ve been in the automotive game — building businesses, learning the industry from the ground up, and creating opportunities in my community. Today, I own 10X Autoplex, a thriving used car dealership specializing in Subarus, TR Car Rentals, and a growing service department that locals rely on.

But it didn’t start here. Years back, I was working at an automotive factory company when I got called into a meeting. They told me that in one year, I’d be getting a 25-cent raise. That was the moment everything hit me. After years of grinding, giving my time and energy, my reward for another year of loyalty was just twenty-five cents. I knew right then that my future couldn’t be left in the hands of someone else’s decision.

That moment lit a fire in me. I realized I had to step out on faith, bet on myself, and create my own lane. It wasn’t easy — but building my own businesses gave me not just financial freedom, but also purpose. Now, instead of waiting on raises, I create opportunities: for myself, my team, and others who need inspiration to break free from the same cycle I once felt stuck in.

My mission is bigger than selling cars — it’s about breaking generational cycles, building wealth, and motivating people to believe that their story isn’t finished yet.

And that’s exactly how I’m able to Beat PoVerty.
